Address Verification
Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses match exactly. To protect your order, we may need to cancel any orders where the addresses don't match.
Lost Packages & Shipping Issues
We strive to get your order to you safely, but we’re not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they leave our facility. We recommend double-checking your address, including apartment or suite numbers, to avoid delivery issues.
If your package is delayed or goes missing, please reach out to your local post office to file a claim. While we can’t control postal delays, if your package is deemed lost, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us—we may be able to offer store credit as a gesture of goodwill.
